PICKERS
Job Requirements:
• MUST be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to read, write and understand the English language
Duties & Responsibilites:
• Primary duties consist of picking orders and delivery them to the delivery platform.
• Expected to pick customer orders for shipment, keeping mind the quantity and type that is specified.
• May be required to weigh and notate weight on product when applicable.
• Order Picker will be expected to maintain products by notating and reporting any damage in question.
• May conduct physical inventories upon request by manager.
Physical Requirements:
• Loading and unloading product
• Lifting, carrying and sorting product in access of 61lbs and above at various times throughout your shift
• Operating a forklift
• Walking / Standing on uneven ground
• Climbing stairs / Ladders
• Bending / Twisting / Reaching - using neck and waist
• Squating / Kneeling
• Working at heights, repetitive foot movement

Maintenance
Testa Produce maintenance staff are responsible for general cleaning and sanitation of the warehouse. We have 1st shift and 3rd shift positions available. Please specify for which position you are applying.
Duties & Responsibilites:
• Sweep warehouse floor including corners and behind/under pallets and racking.
• Operate walk-behind floor scrubber machine.
• Collect and dumping garbage cans; changing can liners (includes outdoor garbage cans and picking up litter).
• Operate garbage compactor; keeping compactor area free of debris.
• Use cardboard baler to crush boxes and palletizing crushed boxes for loading onto recycling trailer.
• Assist office maintenance staff with keeping bathrooms and cafeterias stocked with products.
• Keep dock areas organized including stacking milk crates, pallets, and parking manual pallet jacks in the appropriate area.
• Deep cleaning projects on a regular basis.
Physical Requirements:
The individuals who fill these positions must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, at times noisy, refrigerated warehouse environment.
• Employees are required to cover their heads for the duration of their shift inside the foodservice facility.
• Employees must provide their own non-slip shoes/boots.
• Previous experience with forklift equipment is preferred.
• The position requires walking, standing, bending, twisting, and reaching 6-8 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.

LOADERS
Job Summary:
Loaders are responsible for loading pallets of product onto outgoing delivery trucks.
Job Requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to comprehend (read and write) the English language
•The position requires walking, standing, bending, twisting, and reaching 6-8 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
Duties & Responsibilites:
• Check orders for quality and order correctness before loading onto trucks
• Refer to Pick Tickets and other documentation to ensure there are no mistakes on outgoing orders
• Check temperature of trucks to ensure pre-cooling procedures were followed
• Notify Routing and Night Manager of any issues
• Follow correct food safety proceedures of loading product on the truck
• Work closely with Dispatch Office, Buyers, and Quality Assurance to maintain updated documentation
• Proper palletization of product including heavier products on bottom and separation of allergens
